Sound Healing
An ancient form of healing through frequency and vibration, awakening dormant systems within the body and aligning the body-spirit connection through sound. Kirtan and Chant
Kirtan, the Sanskrit word meaning ‘to repeat’, is a call-and-response chanting concert enjoyed by a group of people. There is often one person leading kirtan who is supported by a small group of other musicians, accompanying with percussion and strings.
